I want to be more than who I am: So I was listening to KROQ on the way to school. I have no idea who...
I get that, and yea it would be uncool of it was a serious radio talk show, and they tackled serious issues, but no, this is a comedy radio show, they use silly and wacky sound effects and sound drops. To take something they said to heart is just on you. In a comedic form nothing should be taken so seriously, this is why now a days everything is so damn censored. Someone will always be offended and the networks are scared. And they were just targeting her not everyone with that disorder, I’m pretty damn sure she’ll never hear what they said or care what they said. Not to be mean but you obviously never listen to the show, it’s the Kevin and bean show btw. And if you did you would know they don’t actually mean when they say that stuff, they could care less. So calm your shit! LolSo I was listening to KROQ on the way to school. I have no idea who their guest was and I probably should find out. But I have never been more angry at a radio station that I love before.
The person stated that Demi Lovato did not deserve the applause she got because she had an eating disorder….
I know it’s the Kevin and Bean show because I usually listen to it.
But when they are making fun of a girl with a serious disorder I think its incredibly rude, and you should too. Tell Demi that she cut herself for attention and that because she is actually gaining weight she now looks like a house is NEVER fucking cool, no matter who it is. Its fat shaming and making fun of someone for a mental disorder. So I will not “calm my shit” when hearing something like this can cause a serious setback in her progress.
