Chi Cheng, bassist for Deftones, has finally come out of his coma after four long, depressing years. This picture was made of him shortly after he was moved out of the ICU. It’s still sad, though. He’s got a long road of recovery ahead of him, but let’s hope that he comes out as a champ.
Who knows if he’ll ever be in good enough shape to perform with Deftones again. Either way, it would just be cool to see him on a stage again, even if it was just him walking out and saying hello to all the fans.
